Meet the Founders
Diana Rodriguez-Zaba, Founder & CEO
Diana founded ServiceMaster of Lake Shore after spending ten years working with the Chicago Deputy Commissioner of Children’s Services. Diana is IICRC-certified in fire and water damage and has spent her time at ServiceMaster of Lake Shore working tirelessly to expand operations and grow the business into one of Chicagoland’s most successful franchise operations. Diana’s writing has appeared in Forbes, Huff Post, Oprah Magazine, Martha Stewart Living, NY Mag, and more. She says her greatest reward in this field is seeing her team members grow and thrive in a job they love.
Neil Omar, Founder & Director of Operations
Neil comes to ServiceMaster of Lake Shore from a background in construction, which makes him uniquely equipped to handle our most intensive, complex restoration projects. Alongside Diana, Neil began operating ServiceMaster of Lake Shore in 2008. Since then, he has successfully led our teams in completing hundreds of Chicago-area restoration projects and caring for our clients every step of the way.

You can find ServiceMaster of Lake Shore in downtown Chicago! Our headquarters are located at 411 S Wells St., Ste 903, Chicago, IL, 60607, minutes away from the Willis Tower and Chicago Loop.
We serve all of Chicagoland, including Magnificent Mile, Gold Coast, Lake View, Avondale, River North, Streeterville, and the North Shore, including Evanston, Northbrook, Glenview, Glencoe, Wilmette, and Winnetka.
